08 Data & Backups

While we may perform internal server backups for disaster recovery:

• Customers are solely responsible for maintaining their own frequent backups of their data.
• We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or failure to restore data under any circumstances.

09 Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
